Where does Autopilot™ get my practice data from?
Autopilot™ connects directly to your Cliniko account and pulls your appointment, patient, and billing data automatically. There's no double entry and nothing to export, and your dashboards update daily without anyone at the practice lifting a finger.
What's the difference between the Daily Financial Report and the Daily Performance Report?
The Daily Financial Report covers the money: total revenue, revenue per patient, reactivation ROI, and revenue by practitioner, service, and product. The Daily Performance Report covers the activity behind the money: appointments, new patients, cancellations, DNAs, rebook rate, and Patient Visit Average. Together they give you the complete picture of your practice every morning.
Who do I get benchmarked against?
Monthly benchmarking compares your practice and practitioners against the averages across the Autopilot™ network of allied health practices. You'll see how your financial and performance numbers stack up against your peers, at both practice and individual practitioner level.
Can other practices see my numbers?
No. Benchmarking only ever shows network averages, never individual practice data. Your numbers stay private to you, and you simply see how you compare against the anonymised average.
Do I need to be running Google or Facebook ads to use the performance reports?
Not at all. Ad Spend Performance is there if and when you run paid campaigns, but the Daily Financial Report, Daily Performance Report, Monthly Benchmarking, and Marketing Analysis all work from your Cliniko data and organic marketing activity from day one.
Can I see reports for each practitioner individually?
Yes. Both daily reports and monthly benchmarking break down by practice and by practitioner, so you can see how each clinician is performing on revenue, appointments, rebook rate, patient visit average, and more.
Which plan do I need, and how does the free trial work?
The Pilot plan at £97/m is for solo practitioners, and the Copilot plan at £147/m covers multiple practitioners.
